To serve:
oregano, Italian seasoning
Instructions
Cook the pasta in a pot according to the packaging instructions. Usually 8-10 minutes.
1/2 bag whole-wheat penne pasta
Rinse and drain the cooked pasta with cold water.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thread the cooked pasta through the skewers (6-8 pieces) and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the pasta skewers with the pizza sauce and add you favorite toppings and cheese.
1 cup pizza sauce,
1 cup shredded cheese,
1/2 cup olives,
1/2 cup bell peppers (any color)
Bake for 10-15minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
